• Seasonal touchpoints (fall, winter, spring, summer) where we look at what you need strategically for this season of your life. We also work with the deeper rhythms—moon cycles, astrological patterns—that support what you’re building. Some individual check-ins based on what you need most. All of it—strategy and intuition, head and heart—working as one.
• Somatic tools that work directly with your nervous system. Real support between calls.
